What I Wore - Checkerboard

I have shown off this skirt quite a lot. It still remains one of my favourites.

I like to wear this skirt with this peplum top, because it shows a little hint of my VBO.

I honestly think I do have a monochrome addiction though.

Things I Love Thursday

I was utterly convinced that today was Friday. Which is strange, considering I'm sitting a mid semester exam tomorrow. I think I'm excited about it. hmm...Anyway, here is this weeks Things I Love Thursday!

Via eBay

I think this boat shaped dog bed is so cute. I can totally see Kransky sleeping in this!

Via eBay

I have a sausage dog. I want to dress him in this costume.

Via TopShop

I am so in love with this marshmallow skirt from TopShop. I really wish that they would make bigger sizes. I would be all over this skirt.

Via ASOS Curve

Yep, this dress is coming home with me. I can't not buy it. It's just too perfect.

This is also pretty cool.

And so are these animals being jerks

Aussie Curves - Little Black Dress

Little black dress was the first Aussie Curve challenge I joined in on last year, so that's pretty exciting!

I have quite a few black dresses, but I knew that I wanted to use this dress. It's one of my favourites. In fact, I love it so much, that I have it in green as well.

After wearing my Sonsee tights, I just don't want to wear any others! But I made myself wear these lilac ones from We Love Colors.

This dress is just so effortless to wear, and I think that's what I like it so much. Plus, it was one of the first items I ever bought from ASOS Curve.

Life, Lately

To be honest, not a lot has been happening lately. Mainly finishing up house stuff, Kransky and study!

Kransky and Jemima snuggling

Kransky snuggling his favourite work toy

Jesse knelt on the floor, and Kransky immediately decided that was the place he had to eat his bone.

He likes to snuggle into my clothes

All black with purple jellies. It's the way I roll.

It was my nephew's 4th birthday party on Sunday. I love party food!

Toby and Ivy eating jelly

It was my sisters Birthday on Monday, I made lemon tart.
It was also my brothers birthday on Tuesday, but I didn't get any photos. Not that he would have appreciated me putting him on my blog anyway. But, we had dinner at his fav pub.

So that's my little update! Enjoy your Friday!!

Things I Love Thursday - Autograph Edition

For this weeks Things I Love Thursday, I'm focusing on my picks from Autographs new season stuff. They've got a whole bunch of monochrome, pink and florals. Things that I'm on the look out for right now!

Pink Biker Jacket

I just love the colour of this biker jacket. With a pair of floral pants, or jeans, this would look awesome!

Striped Shirt

You all know about me and monochrome, I just can't pass it up. I love the diagonal stripes on this shirt.

Oriental Lattice Back Shirt
The print and back detail of this shirt is just gorgeous. I would totally pair this when some skinny jeans.

Lace Print Tunic

Crushed Floral Tunic

Monochrome Godet Tunic
I really love all these tunics. They're so on trend. The crushed floral is probably my favourite, and I would probably pair it with leggings, or again, skinny jeans. You should check out Autographs full range of plus size tunics on the website, they have a whole bunch of awesome colours and prints out at the moment.

What I Wore - Coral Skirt

Last week I may have been suffering from ASOS withdrawals. I hadn't placed an order for weeks. WEEKS! I placed an order. So, that means fun new outfit posts! This post features 2 of the items that I ordered.

I am totally in love with the colour of this skirt! I have been wishing and hoping for a pink skirt like this to come along, and it did!!

I am also wearing my new pink jellies. I am totally obsessed. I now how a black pair, purple pair and this pink pair, and I honestly do not think it is going to stop there. I never thought I would love them so much.

Top - City Chic
Skirt - ASOS Curve
Tights - Sonsee
Jellies - JuJu via ASOS

Can we talk about these tights for a sec. There has been a lot of hype over them. They're made specifically for us fat chicks. I honestly didn't believe that they would really be anti-roll, or that they wouldn't slouch down to my ankles because I'm too short. But they are as good as the hype. They don't slouch, they don't roll, the top doesn't cut in. They are super stretchy, and oh so comfy. I am seriously impressed and I will be ordering more. (this isn't a sponsored post or anything, just a public service announcement!)

Look out for the rest of my haul in the coming weeks :)
